Over the previous 9+ weeks, yoga has been much more essential to me than ever. (And MAN I miss scorching yoga studio courses.) It’s helped to stretch out my tight hip flexors from the entire strolling we’ve been doing, and given me an opportunity to only zone out and give attention to the current second. This has been useful when my thoughts has been going 1,000 miles a minute these days.
I’ve been sharing video exercises on the weblog since 2009, and obtained my 200-hour yoga certification whereas I used to be pregnant with P, however that is the primary time I’m posting a yoga video! I delayed getting my yoga certification as a result of I wasn’t positive if I’d wish to train. So right here’s my first try at recording a yoga circulation! I like my courses to be somewhat faster-paced (so it seems like a exercise), with a lot of room for modifications, progressions, and juicy stretches.
